Can you look after a property in my area?

We have the systems and ability to call upon partners in all areas of Australia to ensure your property investment is as stress free as possible.

 

How can BNB Master Hosts rent a property and then list it on Airbnb, is that not allowed?

If the owner and strata/body corporate (if applicable) has agreed, the property can be listed on Airbnb for bookings. The agreement is noted in the special terms of the tenancy agreement.

How do I get started?

It is a simple 5 Step process to achieving a Hassle-Free tenancy solution:

  1. Send us your contact details and a brief description of your property (including the location)
  2. We’ll evaluate your property to ensure it aligns with our extensive model
  3. We’ll make contact, answer any questions you may have and arrange a time to view your property (if your property passes the evaluation process)
  4. Sign the lease agreement and we rent your home
  5. Nothing more for you to do! Sit back, relax and have comfort knowing your property is in good hands
How does BNB Master Hosts Private Rental model work?

Essentially, we rent a property and in turn list it on Airbnb for bookings. When renting, the property is managed just like a normal private rental, with weekly rent paid, regular inspections & a tenancy agreement signed by both parties.

What about insurance?

You will need to speak with your insurance company to see if they can include Airbnb bookings in your landlord’s insurance.

What happens if a guest damages the property?

All our listings have strict rules of no parties, no smoking & no pets. Our strict verification process ensures that ideal guests stay in your property reducing the risk of anything happening. We take out specific insurance and the Airbnb Host Guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000 should accidents happen.

What if I want to still rent out my property through a property manager?

This is also fine as we regularly speak with property managers about our model and maintain working relationships.

What is an Airbnb Superhost?

Superhosts are experienced hosts who provide a shining example for other hosts, and extraordinary experiences for their guests. There is a strict qualification that needs to be met quarterly to continue as a Superhost.

What type of properties do you manage?

All types including; apartments, houses, granny flats, spare rooms and even in some cases house boats and caravans. Most of our properties are located in tourist areas around Australia, popular wedding locations, popular corporate hubs and anything close to the CBD.

Why would I rent to you rather than a tenant?

All our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, keeping it looked after and in pristine condition. We have a no parties rule and we need the property in working order and therefore will ensure all maintenance is done in a timely manner (at the owners cost).
